Traditional Seasoned Laver
Namkwang food purchases the best raw material of laver harvested between January and February from Ocean, which is recognized as the best season for laver harvest and stores this laver at twenty degrees below zero. By doing so, Namkwang food’s laver has rich mineral and excellent umami. Based on this, we have processed the laver roasting twice at proper temperature with a corn oil, sea salt and other ingredients and supply to our consumers maintaining a native flavor of laver raw material and the same quality all the time.
