Important Information
 
  1. Please note, this is a ticketed event and the total amount will be shown at the end of the online registration.
  2. Please note, that a credit card (AMEX/VISA/MASTER) is required for online payment.
  3. To enjoy the SDA Member rate, please include the letter “D” for your Dental Council Registration (DCR) number (e.g. D1234R) when registering.
  4. Super Early Bird Rate is valid till 8 March 2022 (23:59 hours, GMT +8).
  5. Early Bird Rate is valid from 9 March – 2 August 2022 (23:59 hours, GMT +8).
  6. Regular Rate is valid from 3 August 2022 – 2 October 2022 (23:59 hours, GMT +8).
 

Group Registrations
 
  1. Delegates attending the Main Scientific Programme can look forward to the following group registration discounts:
    1. 5% off the Main Scientific Conference for groups of 5 persons or more *
    2. 10% off the Main Scientific Conference for groups of 10 persons or more *
    3. 15% off the Main Scientific Conference for groups of 30 persons or more *
    4. *Group registration discounts are not applicable for SDA and AOHT Members. Group registration discounts cannot be used for Hands-On Workshops or in conjunction with any other discounts or rebates.
 

Registration Policies
 
  1. No refunds will be made for purchased tickets.
  2. All fees payable for the tickets are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to an additional 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Your registration will be valid when payment is received in full by the Organiser.
  3. Online registration ends on 9 October 2022 (2359hr, GMT +8).
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of acts of God, fire, acts of the government, terrorism, war, or any other events beyond the control of the Organizer.
  5. No replacements will be accepted.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry should participant fail to produce required documents.
  7. All promotions and discount codes are not valid for Onsite ticket rates and registration.
